PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER
- Files: at least 300 dpi with a transparent background (PNG, PDF, AI or SVG).
- Inspect your image before adding to cart. It prints exactly as submitted.
- Turnaround: 1–3 business days for sublimation. Day one starts the business day after you order.
- Blanks: white or light-colored garments with high polyester content. Not for 100% cotton.
- Commercial-grade heat press only. No Cricut EasyPress or household irons.
- All sales final. Of course, if we make a mistake, we will be happy to fix it!

PLEASE NOTE:
Sublimation transfers require a sublimation-compatible blank. For apparel, the best results are achieved on white or light-colored polyester garments with a high polyester content. Sublimation ink does not print white and will not show properly on dark-colored garments.
Your uploaded file will be printed as submitted, so please make sure your artwork is correctly sized, high resolution, and ready to print before uploading.
Recommended File: PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI for the best print quality.
Important: Colors displayed on your computer or phone screen may vary slightly from the finished sublimation print due to differences in monitors, substrates, heat press settings, and pressing conditions.
Pairs well with
- Lint roll your garment and pre-press 3–5 sec.
- Place blowout or butcher paper inside the shirt.
- Place the sheet printed side down and secure it with heat tape.
- Cover with blowout or butcher paper.
- Press at 385–400°F for 45 sec with medium pressure (start at 400°F for polyester shirts).
- Peel hot. Do not re-press, a second press can cause ghosting.
Hard blanks (tumblers, mugs, ornaments, coasters): follow the blank maker's time and temperature.
Temp: 385–400°F (start at 400°F for polyester shirts)
Time: 45 sec for apparel (35–60 sec depending on your press and blank)
Pressure: medium pressure
Peel: hot
Second press: none (it can cause ghosting)
Hard blanks: follow the blank maker's settings
Turnaround: 1–3 business days.
