Turnaround Times

Turnaround is counted in business days and starts when your order is placed. Shipping time is in addition to turnaround.

  • DTF transfers, spangle bling, sublimation and custom apparel: 1–3 business days
  • UV DTF: 3 business days
  • Screen print and puff screen print transfers: 7 business days
  • Vinyl and magnets: 2–4 business days

Pressing Basics

For our DTF transfers (gang sheets, rolling gang sheets and print-by-size singles):

  • Pre-press: Press the blank garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Please don't skip this step!
  • Temperature: 300°F–325°F (stay around 300°F for polyester and blends)
  • Time: 15–20 seconds
  • Pressure: Heavy pressure
  • Peel: Hot peel
  • Second press: 5–10 seconds with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet

Please use a commercial-grade heat press. We do not recommend a Cricut EasyPress or household iron. Every product type presses a little differently, so check the full instructions for yours:

Yes! Local pickup is available in Jasper, GA at 127 Sanders Street, Suite C. Please wait until your order is ready before stopping by.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is a flat $8.99.
  • Promotional items (like banners, yard signs and business cards) ship via FedEx for $10.

Gang Sheets and Uploading Your Artwork

  • What is a gang sheet? A gang sheet is one sheet of DTF film filled with as many designs as you can fit, which is the most cost-effective way to order transfers.
  • Build your own: Use our Build Your Own Gang Sheet builder to upload and arrange your designs, or choose a Rolling Gang Sheet. For hard surfaces, use the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder.
  • Don't have artwork? Shop our premade gang sheets or our gallery of single designs.
  • File tips: Upload high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI at the size you want printed is best). Anything that isn't transparent, like a white box behind your design, will print. Low-resolution images may print blurry.
  • Need help with your file? Our Artwork Service can clean up or vectorize your design.
