- Turnaround: 3 business days for UV DTF. Day one starts the business day after you order.
- No heat press needed. UV DTF is peel-and-stick for hard, smooth surfaces like tumblers, glass, mugs, metal and acrylic. It is not for fabric.
- Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR UV DTF IS 3 BUSINESS DAYS
UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film) printing is incredibly versatile and can be applied to a wide range of surfaces—especially hard, flat, smooth, and non-porous materials. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND UV DTF FOR LARGE SURFACE AREAS DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF APPLICATION. WHEN USED ON LARGE SURFACES, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE CRACKING DURING APPLICATION. Vinyl is your better option for this.

UV-curable inks adhere well to non-porous surfaces • No heat required—just pressure and UV light • Produces vibrant, scratch-resistant, waterproof designs
How to apply UV DTF transfers 1. Clean the surface: Wipe the item's surface with rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove any dirt or oil, and let it dry completely. 2. Remove the backing: Carefully peel the backing sheet off the transfer, making sure to only touch the sticky side with your fingers. 3. Position and apply: Place the adhesive side of the transfer onto the clean surface, aligning it as needed. 4. Burnish: Use a squeegee or your fingers to firmly press down on the entire design, starting from the center and working your way out to remove any air bubbles and ensure a strong bond. 5. Peel the top layer: Slowly and carefully peel off the clear top transfer film at an angle, ensuring the design stays adhered to the surface. If a part of the design lifts, press it back down, burnish it again, and continue peeling.
Pairs well with
- Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Trim around your design and burnish it on the backing.
- Remove the white backing and apply the design from the center out.
- Burnish with a squeegee or credit card using firm hand pressure.
- Peel the clear top film slowly at a low angle, at room temperature.
- Let it cure 24–48 hours before use.
